Whether it’s through support of organisations in the communities where we operate or a Workplace Giving partner that means something to our people, we love finding opportunities to make a positive impact.
Our Community Investment Strategy enables us to invest in and contribute to the communities in which we operate. We measure our social impact as a business using the B4SI tool, so we can track how we’re making a difference.
Everyone at LION is also given the opportunity to participate in two paid volunteering days a year to contribute to a workplace giving charity, a community investment partner, or any other registered charity.
Workplace Giving at LION is an easy way to support our communities. LION team members simply nominate an amount to be deducted from their payslip each month, and the business will match annual donations dollar for dollar — doubling the benefit to the chosen community organisation.
Additional opportunities to support our partners are also encouraged throughout the year.
