We are focused on being a Force for Good in the community, creating long term positive social impact for all Australians.
Our vision for reconciliation is an Australia that recognises the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to self-determination, equitable access to employment and procurement opportunities and where all Australians and organisations work together to build healthy, inclusive and sustainable communities
Our reconciliation efforts continue to be guided by our Indigenous Advisory Council, comprised of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representatives.
Our Innovate RAP outlines the important next phase of our contribution to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Australia. As we build on our Reflect RAP, we will continue to listen and learn, increasing our understanding of how we can work collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
