Back in 1981 a man called Terry McCashin, a publican, couldn’t find a beer he liked that much for his pub- so he thought ‘what if I brewed some myself.’ Turns out being a pioneer is hard work, but Terry’s perseverance paid off, and Mac’s Beer was born. Since then, Mac’s has made a name for itself with the spirit of ‘what if’ running through everything it does.
